Sage is a personal wealth advisor app that aggregates financial data from linked accounts to provide an overview of your net worth, investments, spending, and real estate holdings. Sage is not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.

4. Financial Data

Sage displays financial data from third-party providers (Plaid, financial institutions). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Sage is not responsible for errors originating from your financial institutions or data providers.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in Sage constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. AI-generated reports are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

6. Subscriptions

Some features require a Sage Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, data inaccuracies, or damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
